PLAN 1 - Corporate Customer Support Plan
Corporate Customer Support Plan - This is a full service maintenance contract. Your telecommunications equipment warranty is extended during the term of the contract. This plan offers more than just hardware protection; it offers our most comprehensive level of system support. Call your account executive for a quotation based on your system configuration.

PLAN 2 - Remote Maintenance Plan
Remote Maintenance Plan - This plan can significantly reduce your service and dispatch rates. Customers who elect this plan can schedule technical service calls remotely. Our technicians can program all system parameters from our office (Requires a one-time purchase of a remote access device, ($345.00 plus installation). Service can usually be scheduled for same day response.
Rate: $ 80.00 per hour (30 Min. minimum, 15 minute increments thereafter).
PLAN 3 - Pre-Paid Labor Hour Block
Pre-Paid Time and Materials - This plan offers a reduced labor rate in lieu of a maintenance contract. Customers may request a technician to be dispatched to their place of business. Actual time will be credited against your block of hours and materials used will be billed for the work requested. Standard Response time: 24-48 business hours.
Rate: $ 1,110.00 = 10 hours of service @ $110.00 per hour - One (1) hour minimum.
PLAN 4 - Time and Materials
Time and Materials - This plan offers our most basic level of service. Customers may request a technician to be dispatched to their place of business. Actual time and materials will be billed for the work requested. Standard Response time: 24-48 business hours.
Rate: $ 135.00 for first hour (dispatch rate) - One (1) hour minimum.
$ 135.00 per man-hour thereafter (15 minute increments).
